Siemens Scholarship Program

About this scheme

The Siemens Scholarship Program supports meritorious first-year engineering students from economically weaker backgrounds studying at government engineering colleges. Beyond financial aid, the programme provides internship opportunities at Siemens and partner MNCs, mechatronics training, and mentorship. 50% of scholarships are reserved for girl students. The scholarship covers full tuition fees for all 4 years of the engineering course, along with allowances for books, stationery, hostel, and additional classes.

Eligibility

• Citizenship & Age: Indian citizen, age up to 20 years
• Programme: Enrolled in the first year of an undergraduate engineering programme at a government engineering college (IITs excluded)
• Eligible branches: Mechanical/Production, Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer Science/IT, Instrumentation
• HSC marks: Minimum 50% aggregate overall, with at least 60% in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics
• SSC marks: Minimum 60% aggregate
• Annual family income: ≤ ₹2,00,000 per annum
• Gender reservation: 50% of scholarships reserved for girl students
