About this scheme
PMAY aims at housing for all by providing financial assistance and interest subsidy for the construction or purchase of pucca houses for eligible urban and rural households, with priority to women ownership.
Eligibility
- Housing status: Household without a pucca house in its name
- Income group: EWS / LIG / MIG as defined for the scheme
