About this scheme
PM-KISAN provides income support of ₹6,000 per year, paid in three equal instalments of ₹2,000 directly into the bank accounts of eligible farmer families across India through Direct Benefit Transfer.
Eligibility
- Occupation: Landholding farmer family (cultivable land)
- Land holding: Owns cultivable agricultural land
- Exclusions: Income-tax payers and institutional landholders excluded
